VINTAGE Travels to Baltimore, MD for the Rodder's Journal Revival 2014

It started on a Thursday evening (September 25th to be exact) with a 200 car kick-off party in the trendy "Fells Point" area of Baltimore. It was the perfect place to hold such an event, in a truly historic area filled with great restaurants, cobble stone streets, a beautiful town square, and a pier over looking a portion of Chesapeake Bay. Friday featured a 10am tour with 100+ hot rodders and a photo shoot in the evening at the historic Pimlico Race Course - open to Revival entrants and their guests.

Pimlico Race Course is the second oldest horse racing track in the U.S.A., and is home to The Preakness Stakes, the second jewel of the Triple Crown. The Revival has called Pimlico home since its inception. The vintage clubhouse, grandstands, and stables have a character that can only be earned through decades of use...just like our hot rods.

Over 700 hot rods, custom cars and vintage race cars attended and were accompanied by live rockabilly, bluegrass, and surf bands, vendors, and the Mid-Atlantic's best gourmet food trucks. Great people, great fun and awesome rods & customs, who could ask for anything more? Well....maybe just one thing....PICTURES!
